Forms and Process

Applying to be a CiT is easy and getting accepted into the program is just one additional step for any individual who has already been to Hawkeye as a camper. To apply simply fill out the CiT Application listed below indicating your session of interest and have a parent sign the application and pay the deposit. The next step is a CiT Interview with the camp director which lasts about 45 minutes. If the interview is successful the payment is deposited and the CiT registered.

For any individual who has not already attended Hawkeye as a camper the same steps as above apply and in addition a completed Recommendation Form must be returned along with the Application
