Huron!

 

     A proud Indian nation with a well-defined governmental system. The word Huron means ‘rough or un kept’ The Huron nation was divided into sub-tribes or clans. Their history is filled with wars. Fierce enemies of the Iroquois and later hostilities with Mohicans. They sided with French colonists and helped in the colonial wars against the British. They were great believers in the power of dreams and would act out their dreams in charades or special dances. They had a strict system of Justice. A Huron murderer would be tied to the corpse until the accused starved to death.
