Forms and Process

  Thank you for taking the time to look at our website and become familiar with our unique community. Choosing a camp is a most exciting time for kids. I quiz kids that I meet at camp fairs and ask what is the second best day of the year (holidays where they receive presents excluded)? Why, the day you get to choose a camp of course! The best day of the year...? The day you actually go to camp!

     For kids it is fun while for parents it can be nerve-racking. You want to choose the "right" camp; one that is safe, friendly, and worth the expense. One where your son/daughter will make friends and be accepted, succeed, and come home standing a little taller, and a walking little more confidently. As with any camp you cannot truly understand the community without getting to know, at least in part, some of the individuals with whom your children will be spending the summer. So please after you have taken the time to familiarize yourself with us here online give us a call at and talk with Jessica, in the office at (781) 315-1297, for a while about camp and your son/daughter.

If you have decided to send your child to Camp Hawkeye that is Excellent! We are very excited to have them become part of the camp community. Below you will find all of the camper Registration materials you need. All of the forms are easily downloadable so you can more simply access them from your own computer at a later time.
