Early Registration Deadline is November 1, 2012.
All Registration Forms and Deposits MUST be returned on or prior to this date to receive ANY of the Early Registration Discounts.
For Early Registration ½ tuition is due by February 15, with the remainder by March 31.
The Balance of Tuition for any Early Registration request MUST be returned on or prior to these dates to receive ANY of the Early Registration Discounts.
Priority is given to returning campers and no successful returning camper will be denied a slot at Hawkeye prior to November 1, 2012, the Early Registration deadline. After November 1 all enrollment is completed on a first come first served basis and no camper slots will be reserved for returning campers without a deposit paid in full.
A $500 deposit is due along with each camper registration unless you are applying for financial aid. All financial aid applications must be completed and returned along with a Registration Form and deposit of $50. All deposits are non-refundable.

Sibling Discount – 10% off tuition for any second, etc, sibling registered in the same summer.
Referral Discount – $100 discount for every registered camper referred by a current family.
All discounts are only applicable to full paying campers.
Early Registration Discounts – apply to registrations & deposit received prior to Nov. 1 in the year preceding participation.
