Tribe Contest Enters Its Fourth Week

The first three weeks of the Tribe Contest has been a nightmare for the traditionally slow starting Mohican Tribe.  Like the NY Yankees they have grown accustomed to being in last place with recent events only falsely propping up flagging hopes for breaking into the top (3) spots.

The Huron tribe on the other hand has been well out in front for most of the first 21 days of the camp session.  The first tribe to break the 100 point barrier the Hurons have led the way.  Remaining undefeated in Capture the Flag, crowning champions in both the counselor and camper segments of Man Overboard, the Hurons shone on Tribe Day (1) with teamwork, and, to this day they retain their original Tribe egg.

There has been some equivocation about the point tally as Uncle Phil has been ordered into a remedial Math Course in the fall.  The rumor is that the Iroquois Tribe will move into the lead later today but as of yet that is unconfirmed; Uncle Phil could not be reached for comment.  The Iroquois have demonstrated their legendary creativity and on Tribe Day split honors for the tribe history with a rap performed by Tyler H. and won going away with another fantastic (Gaelic inspired) tribe song.

The Seneca have had a resurgence earning a draw with the Capture the Flag powerhouse Hurons.  With an impressive showing on both Tribe Day 1 and 2 the Senecas wowed us all with an extraordinary tribe flag using "found items" including poached counselor pant legs...Justin is still feeling the breeze.  The Seneca have hovered close to the top all summer repeatedly trading places with Iroquois for the second and third spots.
