Notes

• In order to bring some cost certainty into our pricing for our European campers, and in an effort to manage ever changing exchange rates, we will lock in whatever the rate of exchange is on the day that a deposit is received.  This means despite changes in the rate between that day and the day on which you pay the final tuition balance you will not have to pay any extra on an exchange basis.  You will be contacted by email as to the rate when the deposit is received.

• Additional weeks may be added to a stay at camp to make a three (3), five (5), or seven (7) week session.  During Session A (June 28 - July 25) and Session B (July 26 - August 22) the additional week can be added at a rate of €600.00 and €675.00 respectively.

• Early Registration Deadline is November 15, 2008.  All Registration Forms and Deposits MUST be returned on or prior to this date to receive ANY of the Early Registration Discounts.

• Early Registration Tuition Balance Deadline is February 15, 2009.  The Balance of Tuition for Early Registration MUST be returned on or prior to this date to receive ANY of the Discounts.

Counselors in Training

CiT's may participate in either the full eight (8) week session or one of the four (4) week half sessions.  CiT's MUST BE 16 years old prior to the first day of their session.
