Camper Registration Form

This form is provided for your convenience.  Parents/Guardians may register their child for Hawkeye by completing this form & paying the non-refundable deposit of $500.00.  After completing this form parents MUST click on the Paypal button and complete their child's registration using a current back account or credit card.  If you have any questions or encounter any trouble please call the Winter Office at (617) 960-6740.  Thank you and welcome to Camp Hawkeye.
