The staff hiring process is ongoing and positions are filled as soon as we connect with wonderful people with the amazing skills we seek. It is not possible for us to keep an updated list of specific positions we have open, though you can always ask with a quick message to Garrett.

BEFORE YOU SIGN ON THE LINE...
Prior to any job offer to a prospective staff member, they must agree that they will:
Be present for and actively participate in all pre-camp Staff Training & Orientation
Sign and abide by the Camp Hawkeye Staff Code of Conduct
Understand that Camp Hawkeye is a tobacco-, drug- and alcohol-free campus
We understand that might not be everyone's cup of tea. Safety of our participants - and our staff team - is our number one concern. If these expectations aren't a fit for you, we ask that you do not apply for a position at Hawkeye.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
There's no specific order in which you need to provide these things, though if you have them handy we'd rather have them sooner than later - that helps us get you a job offer sooner. During the process, you should be prepared to provide the following:
1. Up-to-date resume
2. Completed staff application (click here to open the app in a new window)
3. Two non-family, professional references (phone # and email)
You should also be prepared to participate in at least one in-person or video-chat interview lasting approximately an hour. Most interviews are conducted via Zoom.
